Georgiana in a nutshell
Let’s start with the basics: I’m a curious human being – an engineer at heart, a creative soul, a strategic thinker, a road cyclist, and an explorer of the world and of myself.
As I like to say, we’re all made of stories, so let’s dig a bit deeper, shall we?
Below you can see my story and at the bottom of the page you’ll find my credentials.
Nurturing growth and helping move things forward has been the red thread of my journey for the past 10+ years, whether focused on people (as a coach, trainer, and mentor) or businesses (as a strategy consultant and investor).
In 2023, after 6+ amazing years in strategy consulting, I made the transition to coaching and having a business on my own.
“But Georgiana, what made you change?”, you might ask … Well, the answer is difficult to put into words, ’cause at that moment it felt like a leap of faith.
Post-transition I realized that I was lacking meaning and joy in my professional life, which made me unhappy. Plus I was trying so hard to fit a “golden standard” I had in my mind rather than acknowledging my real strengths and building on them.
There were some hints on the way, though 🙂 During my tech studies I was very active in BEST, a 3.000+ members European NGO. As President of BEST Bucharest, I enabled growth of the local 60+ volunteers’ team and managed the local board.

After the leadership year I continued to enable growth in BEST as soft-skills trainer, designing learning experiences for 20+ international events and 300+ members all around Europe.
Being a trainer taught me how important is to deliver amazing and fun learning *experiences*. And it also planted the seeds that I might have another purpose in life other than writing code …
Once I realized that software development was not something I enjoyed, I switched gears towards Management of Technology, studying business through a 2-year master’s programme at TU Delft. It became more clear that I can have great results when I do something I enjoy – at TU Delft I successfully pursued a double specialization and graduated with ‘Cum Laude’ honors.
However, my Dutch experience extended far beyond the classroom. Living in a foreign country and collaborating with people from all over the world shaped me into a more culturally-aware and globally-minded individual.

After my adventure in the Netherlands, right after graduation, I came back to Romania and joined the world of strategy consulting.
As a consultant, I delivered strategic projects and advised C-level of startups and established companies. Using my tech and business background, sprinkled with a bit of Design Thinking, I helped tech & business teams get on terms in large-scale digital implementations and innovative SaaS startups. Think product development, business requirements, test scenarios & debugging, rollouts, and the list goes on.
With 30+ projects delivered for more than 15 companies around the world, from tech start-ups to global publicly-traded corporations, the strategy consulting experience was an incredible journey of growth and moving things forward.
And here I am, writing a new chapter to my growth journey. I feel that I’m stepping into my true purpose, to help tech professionals become their next best selves, make conscious decisions, and move things forward in their lives.
Tony Robbins says that “life does not happen to you, happens for you” – and I strongly believe that all my experiences, the plot twists of my life, the challenges and serendipities I encountered, helped me become the person I am today.
Nowadays you’ll find me in Bucharest, exploring the world of entrepreneurship, riding my Brompton bike, and planning my next road cycling or hiking holiday with my husband.
Thank you very much for reading my story, and I’m looking forward to connecting with you!
